FAQs
Do you travel?
Yes! I travel from Indiana to Kentucky on a regular basis! For weddings I will travel anywhere with a fee and accommodations added!
Can we meet before our session?
Yes of course we can! I want to make sure each and every individual is comfortable and can accurately express their dream session! Weddings (all packages) and Seniors (The Bestseller and beyond) receive a pre-consultation to meet with me and get to know one another!
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations, you can cancel up to 7 days before your session! All other information is covered in our contract when booking! Weather cancellations are usually made within 24 hours or less of your session and rescheduling can be made that day!
What is your turn-around time?
For everyday sessions 1-2 weeks is expected with a handful of sneak peeks within 3 days of your session! For weddings it is 4-6 weeks with sneak peeks given 3-7 days from your big day! Mini sessions usually do not receive sneak peeks and have a shorter turn around time as of now!
