Hey there! I’m Courtney Gardner, and I’m the photographer behind the lens!

I graduated with a B.S. in Photography from the University of Southern Indiana, where I got to dive deep into my craft (plus, I was all about that art and design print lab life). I'm also a proud Mater Dei High School alum, class of ‘19.

Photography has always been my thing — I started by snapping photos on a disposable camera at my aunt’s wedding. Over the years, my passion grew from school projects to running around campus, to art shows, and now, I’m lucky enough to capture memories for my clients.

I’m an Evansville native, and staying close to my family means a lot. When I’m not shooting senior portraits or capturing couples in all kinds of weather, you’ll probably find me at home curled up with a good book, or at a concert, or shopping around . Music is a huge part of my life, and I always bring my speaker along to sessions to make sure we’ve got the perfect soundtrack.

I love all kinds of photography, but portraits are where my heart is. I specialize in seniors, couples, and families. I am always down for creative endeavors so don’t be shy, share your inspo and let’s make it happen! There’s something so special about capturing the connection between couples. It's important to me to document your love in a way that is uniquely you — capturing those genuine moments that reflect the real vibe of your relationship. That’s what I aim to create and show in every session: photos that tell your story as a couple, exactly how you are. The same goes for my seniors, lets show all of who you are and what you have accomplished the last 4 years!

Above all, my goal is to make sure you feel seen and celebrated in every shot. Everyone deserves to be proud of who they are, and I believe that’s exactly what photography should do — capture the real, authentic you.
